“Second time I have purchased with you - the product was beautiful and my grandson is utterly thrilled with his gift and said he would treasure it. You are a great company to deal with - despite the Royal Mail doing their best to delay it with two weeks at their depot! Not your company's fault and when I rang in desperation the young lady was very kind and helpful.”
