“Delivery to Indonesia proved to be a bit problematic. However, the staff at Ferrari & Tanner were helpful. I was expecting delivery to the door but they helped me track my package to a large postal depot, where I had to pay import duty. The local staff eventually found my package in their very disorganised depot after I’d paid the duty. I’m now getting my decanters made into a uniquely designed Tantalus....”
