“An overall good quality product which was bought as a gift and very much appreciated by the recipient. Box seems to be very good quality and the engraved plaque was also nice. Slight grumble bringing the review to a four rather than a five, the box arrived with the plaque on the bottom of the box, not the top, which meant if you opened it with the plaque on the top, the box catch was upside down and the cards fell out of their seated position. Customer services sent a video on how to remove the plaque and offered to send a replacement. However, after removing, the plaque was restuck in the right place without issue. This reflects more on an oversight in assembly and quality checks than the product itself and is probably the exception to the normal.”
