Hi Dave, Thank you for your review, As the engraving had a special character on it, our team did a test engraving and emailed over a picture for your approval. This email was sent on the 28th April but we haven't heard back. If you can reply to our email we can get this dispatched for you ASAP. Kind Regards, Jamie
