“These plaques are quite expensive when you compare them to others of this size (they are even more expensive than the ones with black inlay to highlight the lettering) but they promised delivery within 3 days and I needed it quickly. The order took about 3 weeks to arrive, however, they did refund the postage very quickly. The plaque itself was in a bit of a sorry state. The brass had badly tarnished and was covered in grease and fingerprints - the engraving was almost lost in amongst the muck. All it would have taken was a quick polish before sending. Some Brasso and a good polish brought it up nicely but I should not have needed to do this. Upon viewing the photos, the Company agreed it should not have been sent in that condition and was very good refunding me but I would not buy from them again.”
