“Board arrived in faulty condition and had to be returned for a replacement nearly two weeks ago. Farrar and Tanner have yet to respond to my information requests have failed to confirm whether they will honour the warranty agreement on my faulty purchase and send a replacement set. Customer service needs improvement.”
