The parcel was held up in Royal Mail strikes - we were dealing with a large amount of orders in this situation, and we knew the parcel was on it's way to you, but we were simply dealing with a high volume of enquiries, I'm sorry if we did not get back to you in a timely manner, the parcel did arrive as expected and of course you were refunded when it arrived back with us.
