“The watch is beautiful a piece of art but the engraving let's it down. You can't read what it says. On your advertisement you can read everything clearly. There isn't any way of splitting up what you want on each line. I messaged customer service and haven't heard a word back. So very disappointed with the service. It has ruined a really lovely watch.
