“I ordered this with bespoke engraving. Unfortunately at no fault of Farrah and Tanner it didn’t turn up in time but after ringing them up a replacement was sent out within 30 minutes of my call and arrived first thing the next day.. very happy with the quality of the watch and very very happy with the customer service they gave me. I would highly recommend as the quality and service surpassed my expectations.”
