“Beautifully crafted pocket watch. A bit smaller than I was expecting, but still attractive and well made. I contacted Farrar and Tanner via email after realising that I wanted the engraving adjusting. Eve, from customer services was superb and managed to make the changes before the engraving took place. Must be within 24 hours of the order; otherwise, I I think it would have been too late. The item also arrived earlier than expected. Looks expensive and nicely presented in a box with chain. I also ordered the pocket watch stand to match. I'm sure my husband-to-be will be impressed when he sees and wears it on his morning suit on his wedding day! Thank you for sterling customer service during a pandemic and more than efficient delivery!”
