“Not the review this company wants, but since you keep asking me via email, I'll share. The leather wallet is not luxury at all. Handmade shouldn't be an excuse for shoddy design. The zip doesn't close at one end. The items feel cheap, and each came with little scratches and dents. The company offered a c.40% refund or I could return it. Given how close we were to Christmas, I took the partial refund and assured my step father I'd buy him something nicer in the days that followed. My mum was determined to tell him the cost (£55+VAT + £4.95PP / £70.95) to assure him I hadn't bought some cheap gift set from Etsy. Though we didn't go that far, it was clear the item didn't have the impact I'd hoped when buying it. To make this worse, the item was quality checked by not one but two people. They share the signatures with pride on the delivery receipt... though that turned out to only further damange their reputation. I won't buy from this company again, and I wouldn't recommend them.”

I am very sorry for the disappointment and I do hope your step father loves the gift regardless of the displeasure with the product price. “The set is of good quality but it is very small. In itself this is not a problem as it’s a handy size but it means the nail clippers are small ones which are no good for my boyfriend. As such I have had to purchase a larger set of clippers (not from this website) to add to set. Not ideal, especially for the price.”
