“Asked for the item I brought to be personalised. It was a piece of hand cut silver metal with possible a stanley knife, it was even in size either. The engraving was laser printed and not actually 'engraved' wish I brought the item off 'Esty' instead!”

Hi, I'm disappointed that you're not happy with this - I'd like the chance to put this right as your description of the metal plate sounds really odd. If you'd like to return it using our free returns service I can replace the item without engraving or have the engraving looked at to see what has gone wrong. We do have a system in place to check each item before it's sent so something must be amiss. Our engraving is done by laser so that will remain the same - the laser engraving does cut into the metal.
