“Good item. As described on website BUT I returned it a few weeks ago and I can’t get hold of them for a refund. The phone number doesn’t work and I can’t get hold of them at all to get my money back. Extremely poor. Currently would not recommend”

Hi there, I'm so sorry for the trouble and for the delays on our returns, I can see your refund was processed on 23rd December. Our phone lines are down at the moment - we're trying to fix it as soon as possible. Thanks so much for your patience. Best wishes, Stacey Customer Service Supervisor.
