“The quality was not perfect - it did not justify the price. The part that is supposed to hold the pen was visibly damaged. I returned it on the day I received it and I still haven’t heard back from the company and still haven’t received my refund. It has almost been two weeks now. There has been absolutely no communication, even though I had tried to contact them twice.”
