“On the Farrar & Tanner website, these cufflinks were £25. However, on the website of the manufacturer, an identical set of cufflinks with the same product code were £10. In these strange times, when businesses have been affected by the pandemic, I appreciate the need to make money. However, a 150% markup is, quite frankly, ridiculous. The quality of the item in no way reflects Farrar & Tanner's price for it. Despite ordering three sets of these cufflinks, which were intended as gifts, Farrar & Tanner only bothered to deliver one set. A blessing in disguise, and they quickly refunded what was paid for the undelivered items. The speed and ease of the refund process makes me think it happens quite frequently. Overall, very disappointing. I won't be using Farrar & Tanner again, and would urge others to shop around to avoid being overcharged.”
