Pretty design and works fairly well, the grinds aren't perfectly symmetrical though, and lots of bits fly out in the process of grinding

Dear Paul, Thanks for leaving a review. It's a shame we were unable to deliver the alcohol to Ireland. There were many factors involved here -your order was placed on 2 January so we dispatched on 4 January as soon as we were back in the office. We had not anticipated the additional hold ups at the border with Ireland due to Brexit and Covid. You'll remember that all land borders closed due to the UK variant of Covid. Once borders reopened they were catching up with transport but then the UK left the EU and everything we sent became a customs import. We did send the parcel again, only to have it returned. Our courier company, DPD, then suspended international delivery services whilst difficulties were ironed out. When we felt we were unable to guarantee that it would be delivered without the recipient paying charges, we refunded your order. I can see that we were in discussion with you from 12 January when we were first aware of the problem until 21 January when we refunded you. At this point, although we'd refunded you, we hoped that the parcel would still get through customs to your recipient. All in all, a very frustrating experience for both us and you. However, not a reflection of our usual service. Kind regards, Jude
