“We bought this for a special birthday present, so we can't try the port, but we're sure it will be fine. Good looking quality box and nice to be able to personalise it, so there is a keepsake of the occasion. A few more characters for the personalisation would help - that is why this review is a 4 not 5. Easy clear ordering, good communication on delivery status, and delivered when promised.”

“I recently ordered a bottle of port in a personalised wooden box. I received notification from Royal Mail that it had been damaged in transport and returned. I did panic at this point and imagined a long process to rectify. I couldn’t have been more wrong. I spoke to a lovely lady called Tamsyn who put my mind at ease and explained another bottle would be sent out. A few days later I had an update to say it had been shipped and yesterday I received my parcel. Lovely gift and exactly what I was hoping for. Great service from Tamsyn who ensured a happy ending. Thank you”
