The goban is beautifully made, and easy to fold and store. It´s nice to be able to play on a wooden surface and the stones are of good quality. However it is smaller than I expected, so there is some amount of fiddling with stones and fingers and reduced space

The printed lines on the set purchased as a Christmas Gift were smudged on both sides of the board: the top varnish had clearly been applied to the board before the ink used to print the grid was fully dry. Clearly no quality control by the manufacturer. Unfortunately the box was damaged on opening by the gift recipient, thus voiding the company's returns policy. Avoid this product
