“Wanted to love this as was a gift for my niece but felt really cheap. The two halves didn’t fit properly meaning the ‘lid’ was really loose , span round and made a horrible scraping noise. Felt like I’d been sent two odd halves.”

Hi Nicola, I’m very sorry it didn’t meet expectations. The fit and lid issue you describe isn’t acceptable, and I understand how disappointing that would be for a gift. We can arrange a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer. If you’re able, please share a couple of photos of the lid and halves so we can investigate with the supplier and prevent this from happening again.
