“I sent you a review of this item in early December but haven't received any reply back from you. Since then, we've had Christmas and this was a present to my wife. She was most disappointed as the gin was tea flavoured but when I purchased it, it was described as The Original Gin, not tea flavoured gin. Very disappointed with the quality of the box and its contents which were misleading and not as described. Yours Trevor Hulme”

Hi Trevor, thanks for the review - I'm sorry you did not get a response to it, I took a look and can see that you'd not mentioned the product was not the right one so the staff member reading it had misinterpreted it as a comment that did not need a response. We had some temporary staff over Christmas who unfortunately did not take the same care and attention that would normally be applied - we need to do this for sheer volume, this does make for occasional errors though.
