“Ordered two of these - the first for myself, which is brilliant, and then decided to get one as a present for the sister-in-law. The shipment was delayed by Royal Mail (strikes) for the second one and risked missing Christmas. Farrar and Tanner were quick to fix the situation and made sure we had one by Christmas day - excellent customer service. The mister works well - easy to use, good spray, and all the plants are happy. I find it a bit of a zen-meditation to go around the house each evening and mist the plants”

“Really solid mechanism and great, fine & wide mist spray. The traditional design isn't the most ergonomic but that was known before ordering. Great product.”

“First product turned up was substandard & rusty. In an effort to resolve matters I offered to keep this item & pay a reduced price for replacement item in a different finish. At first I thought customer service excellent. However replacement has never arrived despite several chases. Avoid.”
