“I am delighted with the quality of this chess board. I recently purchased a an antique chess set and needed a board. So this one was ideal. The alternate walnut and mother of pearl squares really set the chess pieces off excellently. The board has pads underneath so there is no chance of scratches on table tops etc. it comes with a quality storage bag so it protects the board when not in use. Also I really like to ability to personalise the board with a little engraved plaque, just to make it a bit more special. I would thoroughly recommend this chess board as a quality piece to display for many years to come.”
