“I’m really disappointed, I ordered one of the regimental port for my brother to give as a gift right, I make a call to store which was located in Cheltenham and while on the I’d order online because I couldn’t add extra letter but the lady over the phone state me if you are first customer you’ll get engraving free, which I was but order was already placed and she mentioned me to return the engraved amount back which she didn’t. Later I asked them while I was in store they state is for the next purchase you make. She just clearly lied on me which was unprofessional customer service ever. I was about to tip them but later realised that engraving money will be tip for them. Other than the product was great with beautiful finished, my bother really loved it.”

Hi there, I am sorry to hear you are disappointed with the service. You do get free engraving on first orders when signed up to the Concierge Club, then you get 10% off your second order. It doesn't look like you have signed up to that; we can assist with that should you decide you'd like to become a member. I can say with certainty that the person you spoke with in our showroom would not have intentionally misinformed you, and it's most likely they thought you were referring to the 10% discount. “The presentation box is lovely and beautifully presented. I have bought it for my husband as he loves port and it is ruby port for our ruby wedding anniversary in August so he hasn’t tasted yet. But I would definitely recommend this company as they are very efficient. Thank you”
