“I am so delighted with this knife! I regularly make sourdough bread and like a thick crunchy crust. However, with my previous knife, slicing the loaf took so much energy and effort. I bought this knife after reading a lot of positive reviews and I'm really happy with how easily it cuts through the loaf. My only regret is that I didn't get it sooner!
