“Lovely little knife with strong blade. Engraved in preparation for trip to the west coast of Ireland where it should get some use on some oysters. Already had a practice attempt and works well even with my inexperience.”

“I have been searching for an oyster knife that works well and now have a large collection. I find it quicker and easier to go in at the side rather than the hinge with pacific oysters and this knife is perfect for that with a strong but relatively slim blade, so I think I can stop searching.”
