“This is a beautiful chess set which I bought for my son in law for Christmas. Unfortunately, the white queen was broken when he unwrapped it even though it was packaged very well. Please would you let me know how to go about getting a replacement piece please? My son in law was thrilled with his chess set but the broken piece was really disappointing. J Baker”

“Delighted with this chess set. Brilliant present. Looks great. A piece came broken but this was the couriers fault. Customer service was excellent and dealt with the problem straight away, couldn’t have been more helpful”
