“As always this Peking duck did not disappoint, absolutely fantastic, so good we purchased it a second time, I did find that I burned the stock first time so I slowly reduced the stock this time, came out perfect, well worth a try.”

“The meat gets a 5/5 rating but had some issues with the pancakes…. A tasty bit of duck, full of flavour and just falls off the bone. Love the ease and speed of preparing this cut. I’ve scored this 4/5 because I was lost with how to prepare the pancakes - could’ve done with a few instructions - tried steaming them which made them stick together then tried microwaving them which made them taste floury, in the end we pulled out some wraps and used them instead. This is also probably where I find out through comments that the pancakes are ready to eat! Will definitely order again.”
