“I cooked this for lunch on Easter Day and I think it’s probably the best piece of beef I’ve ever cooked. I followed the online instructions and it came out perfectly medium rare. Tasted fabulous. Will definitely be ordering agsin”

“As a family we are very keen on good beef. We had not sampled this particular cut before and all agreed it was delicious and unbelievably tender. Maybe not the fullness of flavour as other cuts however. Excellent delivery and on time. Thank you Farmison we will return!”

“I've given this 4 Stars as for me it just had too much marbling and the additional layer of fat sewn on the top just over did it somewhat and I thought it was too greasy. The flavour was lovely, it was a big joint that I roasted exactly as suggested but found it needed a little longer. This is just personal preference. I wouldn't order this particular joint again but the quality of the meat is good and I will continue to order other things.”

“Absolutely stunning beef, great flavour, great marbling, beautifully tied and presented . This made a wonderful Christmas centrepiece, the beef was delicious , packed full of flavour and very tender too. My family all thoroughly enjoyed it and we're all complimentary about the tenderness . There were even some leftovers which made great sandwiches and a fantastic beef chilli instead of the usual beef mince. I would highly recommend and most certainly have this again. I used some of the bone marrow and garlic butter both on top of and underneath the fat cap that was tied back onto the joint which enhanced the meat and the pan juices for the gravy . Simply stunning”
