“Totally delicious but wish you would send out cooking guidance as I over cooked mine which was a shame - I think these are very like Kelly Bronze turkeys and require much less roasting than expected from their mass as they have so much good fat”

“The goose itself was very good but having followed the cooking instructions that came with it to the letter, it was grossly overcooked. The internal temperature was almost 25 degrees higher when it came out of the oven than the instructions said, so the bird was rather dry and tough.”
