“Not pleasant unfortunately, it had a slimy feel to the skin , was not very tender and had little to no flavour. In fact it spoiled Boxing Day I’d usually cook a piece of unsmoked gammon myself but to save time in the kitchen bought this. Hate to say it but it was probably the most highly anticipated but in the eating awful meat we’ve ever had. Ended up throwing it away. Sorry but can not get how this was supposed to be a premium ham!”
