“Cooked slowly in cider and apple juice for five hours in the slow oven, glazed with honey and mustard and roasted for 30 minutes. Absolutely delicious! I buy a gammon before every Christmas from Farmison for Boxing Day and every one has been excellent. I'm feeling daring and I'm going to buy a gammon mid year now to slow cook in coke (the cola variety!) ............”

“We very much enjoyed this piece of gammon. I cooked it on Christmas Eve with a treacle and mustard glaze and it provided us with a delicious cold meat accompaniment to the Christmas Day salad. The leftovers then formed part of a chicken, leek and ham pie for Boxing Day. I would certainly recommend this item!”
