“Farmison's Italian Porchetta - A Bit Disappointing Pluses were: A really tasty, proper piece of rolled pork. Good packing and delivered on time. Good and thorough cooking instructions provided. Minuses were: Almost no trace of what would have made this the promised "traditional Italian porchetta" . There was just a tiny sprinkling of green herb flakes in the very centre of the roll. I think I was expecting a proper traditional Italian 'porchetta' stuffing of fennel bulb, onion, fennel seeds, coriander, pine nuts and either apricot pieces or sultanas. This absence was disappointing and I feel the joint was inaccurately described on the Farmison website.”

“We had the most fabulous Christmas with the Porchetta being the centre of our Christmas lunch. Delicious and easy to cook, we will certainly be ordering next year. Also excellent value at a time where every penny counts, £6 per head amazing value”

“This is our third Traditional Italian Porchetta which has become our ‘traditional’ Christmas lunch. It is a delicious piece of pork, delicately flavoured with the herby lemon stuffing. Cooked exactly as per the instructions on the website it was, yet again, delicious. Definitely worth trying if you have never had it before”
