“Having had this cut of beef for my roast dinners on many occasions, I simply don't ever buy anything else anymore. It always cooks to perfection, with a wonderful taste with melt in the mouth tenderness. Once you've tried it, you won't want anything else!”

“We have been getting this joint of beef regularly for some time now, our original purchase was for Christmas some years ago, but we have yet to find any other beef that comes close to it. Without fail, everyone has been of excellent quality and the delivery and customer service is second to none. I would whole heartedly recommend Farmison for all your butchery neeeds, the bacon is also equistite!! We have had goose, sausages, mince , various steaks and the Yorkshire pudding batter, all perfect.”
