“This went down a storm for Fathers Day. Cooking instructions were spot on. I used the Meater thermometer too which when coupled with amazing produce like the Picahna, delivers perfection every time.”

“I will be honest being Portuguese i have sourced many pichanas from Brazilian or Argentian butchers in London. I wanted to see if this Picahna matched to expectations based on the price. Normaly for this price i would get circa 1.5KG close to 2 Kilos from a Brazilian butcher. While I have never had a spiced Pichna i pesonaly dont think it justifies the price point. The meat was tough and chewy and not tender. In fairness purchasing many pincanhas over the years and having picanhas from Argentina, Urugay, Brazilian and Scotish cuts you do come acroos chewy cuts. The blow is that it costs less and you accept it happens. I love Farmisions i consistently order from them time and time again as their quality is outstanding however this Picanha as not come close to others i have purcahsed at cheaper prices points.”
