“This came bigger than I thought it would, and had to cut it in half to fit on the bread cake. Fried gently for a few minutes per side, add some Farmisons bacon and black pudding, and you have a really tasty, filling sandwich.”

“This has become a breakfast favourite. I love the flavour and they can be made into a full breakfast with tomatoes, mushrooms and an egg. They are also great in a bun.”
