“The day before my turkey was due for delivery I was told there was a stocking issue and my turkey would be replaced with a turkey breast! As this was on its way I decided to refuse the delivery on the grounds that I never ordered it. Also I have never ordered or eaten a turkey breast joint as the comparison between the two is huge. This was Easter and I had to make alternative arrangements at the last minute. I was not happy!!”
