“Very easy to cook and delicious, I followed the recipe tips and it was perfect... I served this to friends before Christmas with red cabbage, potato dauphinoise and a nice bottle of red wine. One Easy Carve Pheasant will feed two people. I was very happy with the ratio of pheasant to stuffing too, I ordered more....”
