“I have had Boston Butt a number of times, but the sweet pepper rub took this to a new level in taste. Again I slow cookered thie with a veg stock, trinity of carrots, celery and onions, followed by butternut squash Green pepper and muchrooms. Friends and family have asked how it tasted and we have said for them to buy it and try it for themselves. We made 6 portions after we had taken our dinner portions.”
