“You’ve got to appreciate the novelty of a sausage swirl plus the benefit of a larger sausage. And boy does it look good on a breakfast platter or resting atop some creamy mash. Decent pork / fat ratio made this a luscious and juicy sausage but found the seasoning a bit heavy. The over seasoning gives this a 4/5 otherwise it’d have been a 5/5 all the way. Would love to see the nidderdale in a swirl…”

“Perfect tasty cumberland's. Baked in the oven yet not much fat came out, much better than supermarket sausages loaded with fat and water! The sticks helped hold the shape during cooking, and they kept shape on the plate after they were removed. All in all, a great taste and easy to cook, there is nothing to not like here!”

“Not the first time i've bought these, as every fishing trip my mates make sure i'm bringing some. The sausages taste amazing, and i think are fantastic value for what they cost. Easy to use website, and very prompt delivery, with the product still frozen, what more could you ask for? A big thumbs up from me.”
