“This piece of lamb was very easy to prepare and tasty. We did expect it to be more tender than it was but that did not detract from the dish. We would purchase this leg of lamb again but would suggest it is only enough for two persons”

“Very tasty, easy to cook and absolutely no waste. Ideal if you want to minimise use of the oven. You can be confident in the provenance of the meat which is so important.”
