“I was so disappointed with this product especially as I purchased two. The second is in my freezer. I wasn't sure how to cook it so I followed your instructions to the letter. It looked OK but it was tough and very chewy and had little flavour. I have been a customer of yours for some time and have alwqays praised your meat but this was edpensive and gave very poor results.”

“I hoped this would be faster and tastier than buying a raw version. Sadly it was quite dry, although flavours were good, I prefer my own seasoning and will stick to that”

“Oh my goodness, what a wonderful treat! I followed the (straightforward) instructions exactly, other than I removed the beef from the oven after 18 mins because my oven runs a little hot. I checked the internal temperature of the beef and it was exactly right. We had the most delicious, butter-soft tender meat as part of a roast dinner, then the leftovers the next day in a griddled ciabatta sandwich with sun dried tomatoes, rocket and a smear of horseradish. I will be ordering this regularly!”
