“I've become a bit addicted to these lamb shanks which are fantastic in slow cook recipes. I make up a rub of Middle Eastern spices and pop them on a trivet of veg, hit the slow cook button and enjoy really tender, tasty dinners. Have a few in the freezer so I'm not without.”

“These are great for slow cook recipes with Farmison rubs or your own recipe. Super tender, it falls off the bone. No shrinkage and plenty of flavour. It's becoming a bit of an obsession with me!”
