“Tried this large steak and it was SUPERB. Managed to cook it perfectly so it was pink in the middle and with a lovely taste. Will certainly try again and i recommend it.”

“Very disappointing cut of beef. Lacked richness of flavour you would expect from a 45 day dry aged Cote de Boeuf, and was not particularly tender either. Having purchased this cut on many occasions from Farmison and enjoyed them, this purchase fell well below the standards expected. Most disappointing.”
