“Cooked them straight away as part if a barbecue, tender and excellent flavour. Then made stock with the bones as basis for casserole”

“These were perfect for cooking in our slow cooker with a BBQ rub recipe we had. The meat just fell off the bone and the taste was divine. If you like ribs, then you will love these. Do remember to remove the membrain off the back of the ribs as that is rather chewy. We have cooked these in the oven in the past and just basted with a wet rub. Great to then finish off for the last 5 minutes on a BBQ.”

“Long slow cook under foil, with BBQ sauce over it lots of garlic, the meat falls of the bone, well worth a go you will not regret it.”
