“This was wonderful. Listed under the BBQ section but no BBQ instructions. I used the WhatsApp function on the website and within 24 hours, I received their BBQ instructions. I cooked it and it was amazing, tasty and melt in the mouth. Was a hit. Portion wise, it fed 5 comfortably for the smaller cut but if there's big appetities, go large - you wont be disappointed.”

“Takes such a long time to cook and it is a little fatty which does dissipate in the cooking process. But it is most definitely worth the wait, a really nice and tasty piece of lamb, lovely.”

“A very tasty, nicely spiced lamb shoulder, can be a little fatty and takes a long time to cook but I would have to say it is well worth the wait once you taste the lovely flavours, mmm.”

“The meat itself was excellent. However I followed the cooking instructions they supplied to the letter and the lamb was very over cooked and dry. I am disappointed that I cant trust their recipes”
