“Absolutely beautiful, cooked low and slow for a couple of hours in a Jamaican curry. Allowed to rest and cool, then I removed all the bones, (stop the kids moaning ). I cooked up my rice and peas and reheated the curry to have a wonderful melt in the mouth sensation with a deep rich mutton flavour and to top it off it was on offer which made it even more tasty . I definitely highly recommend you buy this cut on the bone, lovely.”
