“These are really good. The flavour is fantastic and the meat is tender, which means that the animal was healthy and happy and not stressed at the point of slaughter. Distress at the time of slaughter or transport to the abattoir results in tough meat because fear causes the muscles to go into spasm. Farmison meat is really the best you can get because the animals are genuinely free-range and often rare breeds. I recommend it.”
