“These are very good but I would like them more spicy. I like to have very hot merguez so they are not like the ones I used to have but still the best I tried in England.”

“Very nice sausages. Good size and tasty. The odd lump of hard grisel but I would imagine that's tricky to avoid in a proper sausage, and it didn't really retract.”
