“It arrived exactly on the day I booked, well packaged, chilled and looking perfect. It came vacuumed packed, so initially it looked smaller than I thought it was going to be, but after I had unpacked it and let it stand for a while, it started to look more majestic. It was an excellent cut, with just the right amount of fat and no gristly bits. I roasted it to perfection (a touch over rare) and it was succulent, tender and full of flavour, to the point it just melted on the tongue. The only disappointment I have is I should have ordered a bigger piece so we could have had more leftovers!”
