“I am prediabetic. Not in any great danger but at 82 I have to be sensible, so a subtly flavoured spatchcock fowl is just the ticket for an Easter Sunday lunch. It was delicious, and I will certainly buy again. I can only dream about beef and lamb...”

“Irdered the same flavour chicken breadtd several times (since covid), thought try spatchcock Chicken, smaller than expected, less flavour, prefer to order double on the chicken breaststroke.”
